StrataScratch is a data science educational platform with over 1,000+ real interview questions from your favorite companies.
There are 2 ways to reset your password.
1. If you are logged in, go to the Profile dropdown and select Account Settings. On the User Info page click on Change Password. Enter your password and make sure to Save your Password.
2. On the Login to StrataScratch page select Forgot Password, then enter the email address you used to register. An email will be sent to your email address with the link to reset your password.
You can cancel your subscription by going to the Account Settings page in the upper right hand corner of the platform.
Under Account Info, click Cancel Plan.
Cancellations will stop the renewal for the next billing cycle. If you cancel before your subscription expires, you will have premium access until the next billing cycle.

Log in as you normally would then go to the checkout page. Enter the discount code that was provided to you in the discount code field on the checkout page.
Note: Student discounts only apply to either the Lifetime plan or Yearly plan.
Yes! We are happy to offer a discount to students and we have recently automated this process. If you register on StrataScratch with your .edu or ac.in email address and you will automatically see the discount reflected on the Pricing page.
If you don't have a .edu or ac.in email address, please send a picture of your student ID to email@example.com. After confirmation, we'll send you a discount code you can use upon checkout
To cancel auto-renewal, log in to your account and go to Profile, then Account Settings. Under Account Info, click Cancel Plan. The date of expiration will be visible once you cancel your subscription. You have access to your subscription until the date of expiration.
We do not process refunds for the months that have already been paid or used. Please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
We can only refund unused subscriptions that were paid recently (less than 3 days). The premium access will be removed immediately once the refund is processed, and your subscription will revert to free access. The money will be refunded back to the original form of payment in 5 business days.
